How to Reserve a DTEN

Anthropology DTEN

  1. Add the Zoom meeting to or schedule the Zoom in Google Calendar
  2. In Google Calendar, select the Room Tab as if you are going to invite the room.
  3. Search for SS1
  4. There is 1 stationary DTEN unit in the Anthropology Section Room (317 Soc Sci 1)
    • SS1-317-ZoomRm
  5. There are 3 mobile DTEN units in the department:
    • SS1-ANTH-DTEN1 - physical home location is 414 Soc Sci 1
    • SS1-261-DTEN - physical home is 261 Soc Sci 1
    • SS1-451-DTEN - physical home is 451 Soc Sci 1

Installing (and using) the Zoom Scheduler extension in the Chrome web browser allows you to simultaneously set up a Zoom meeting, reserve a DTen, and send the Google Calendar invite.

General Assignment Classroom DTEN

  1. Add the Zoom meeting to or schedule the Zoom in Google Calendar
  2. In Google Calendar, search for the general assignment classroom the Room Tab as if you are going to invite the room. The DTEN unit will have a name in the following format: SocSci-1-110-DTEN, Humanities-1-Rm503D-DTEN, etc.
  3. Invite the DTEN listed for that general assignment classroom.
